E Series

Universal Type / For Normal Steel
Economic choice for common maching of normal tool steel of harndess lower than 48 HRC without heat-treated process, including mild steel, mid-carbon steel, tool steel, iron casting, Nickle-Chrome steel alloy, etc. Made from premium Tungsten carbide rods with advanced wear-resistent coating, making these tools capable of faster feed rate in machining tasks. Its execellent geometic design and high precision tolerance ensure your workpice machined with correct dimension under a stable production process.

H Series

For Hardened Steel upto 65HRC
Specificly desined for machining hardened steel after heat treatment up to 65 HRC. Made from super micro-grain Tungsten Carbide rods imported from Germany, and coated with special heat and wear resistent layer inveneted in Japan. When machining high hardness material with H series tools, you can apply faster feed rate to finish your tasks in shorter time. When machining softer materials, the ability to resist wear will increase total quantity of the workpices you can finish with earch cutting tool.

S Series

For Stainless Steel & Titanium Alloy
This serie is applicapable for machining Stainless Steel or Titanium alloy made of highly anti-break carbide rods. The geometry of its cutting edges has variable pitch design, which can dramatically reduce virbration caused by machining. Its sharp cutting edges and high helix angle could eliminate heat produced in machining process. Even under high feed rate working condition, the tool life is still long and the surface quality is good.

N Series

For Copper & Aluminum Alloy
Uncoated carbide endmills best for machining Copper and Aluminum alloy made from anti-wear carbide rods. Its sharpest cutting edge ensure finiest surface finish. Precise geometry and tight tolereance of dimension garantees the stable dimensions while machining very small and delicate workpieces. The rake face is polished to reduce the friction while chips are evacuated smoothly during high speed/feed machining.

T Series

For High Feed Roughing
Very efficient cutting tools for roughing applications. The cutting edges are designed with small entrance angle, hence the cutting force is reduced because the chips become thinner, and this also increase usable feed rate. This series is specially made for machining tasks which huge amount of material needs to be romved rapidly. When working with midium or small size moulds and dies, these tools can dramatically shortens the time of roughing process. The cutting edges are coated with anti-wear and heat-resistent layer, making these tools more durable and the tools has little wear after long hours of machining.

M Series

For Machining Miniature Slots
Miniature cutting tools designed for machining very tiny slots or cavities. These delicate cutters are made of anti-breakage tungsten carbide rods. So they will not easily break when creating very tiny narrow slots on steel, even when the effective length is three times of the cutting diameter. Precisely ground by Swiss high-end tool grinders, the dimension and geometry of these miniature endmills are very precise and reliable, the total quality is never comprised due to smaller form of shape.

P Series

For Plastics or Acrylics
The very sharp cutting edges of these cutting tools can prevent burrs forming at the edges of your workpieces, and creating precise geometry and less deviation of dimension. This series of endmills are made for machining plastics or similar acyrlic materials.
