High Feed Rouging Cutters

Very high efficiency of machining. Its special geometic design of cutting edges helps reduce cutting force from horizontal direction, hence increasing feed rate dramatically. Precisely ground cutting edges are held by two perpendicular faces in the insert seat of cutter body, vibration caused by machining can be diminished to lowest level. Each insert has four usable cutting edges, practically reducing the cost of roughing process.

Slot & Side-wall Milling Cutters

Roughing or finishing in 2D machining
Cutting tools for general purposes. Its long cutting edges and small radius is best for side-wall and slot milling. The inserts are also firmly locked in the embeded seat which enable very high feed slot or contour milling. Selected premium grade of carbide material and special coating ensure long and stable life of insert, even in high speed machining applications.

Multi-purpose cutting tools for three-dimensional copy milling. It incoperate an embeded insert seat design with precisely ground carbide inserts. The design not only reduces machining vibration but also extends the insert life. The tolerance of dimension of these insert is smaller and better than most competitors' M grade inserts. It can be used as tools for finishing process, as well as semi-finishing and roughing.

Copy Milling Cutters

For finishing 3-dimensional surface
This cutter utilizes only single insert with a wedge shape design at the bottom part, which provids a double-face stablization effect to minimize the vibration caused by machining. The cutting edges of these inserts are also precisely ground to a lower tolerance compared with other competitors' products. When finishing workpieces with these inserts, it's easy to reach the perfect designed dimension. Its long durable life can reduce total downtime required to replace inserts in final finishing process.
