  • The special designed insert seats in the cutter bodies can absorb axial and radial milling forces.
  • The insert is not only fixed with the screw but also supported and secured by the cutter body itself.
  • Specially designed chip space allows unobstructed chip flow, thus protecting both body and workpiece from damage.

The cutting edge of each inserts is precisely ground after the shape of the inserts formed by sintering process. The tolerance of dimension reaches H level (±0.013mm), which is better than most competitive cheaper products in the market.(only M level ± 0.05-0.15). The precise dimension of the inserts are advantageous in machining. The cutting tools not only can be used for rough or semi-finish machining, but also for fine finishing to ensure more accurate shape of your final product. The insert is tightly secured in the cutter body, which greatly reduces any vibration and heat generated during cutting. This also reduce the wear of the insert and extends the servicable life of inserts. All these features make the machining process more stable and safe, while reducing tangible and intangible production cost.
